REALITY:
I wouldn't "assume" anything about their ABA future. If you are at the halfway point or beyond before they reach "provisional" accrediting you wouldnt be able to sit the bar in any state accept the one that the school is located in. I'd wait a year to see their progress and then apply.

That's not true.  If you graduate from a school the same year they are provisionally accredited you can sit for any bar.  Otherwise students with ABA approved JDs would not be able to come out of a school for six years.  Don't over think it amigo. :)
