What is a "soft" factor

Kind of a stupid question but would me out a LOT, but what is considered a "soft factor"? Any responses would be helpful.

non-LSAT/GPA things- work experience, volunteer experience, accomplishments/awards, curing cancer, etc.

Thanks, that clears it up a bit, now figuring out which one to list
