Black female 2.78 GPA 168 lsat... my odds?

Hi all. With the stats above what are my odds of getting into a decent law school? My UG major was business administration (marketing) and I went to state school. I don't have a GREAT excuse for my GPA although I was the first person in my family to go to college and worked my way through. Plus my parents are elderly and sick so I had to dedicate a lot of time to taking care/looking out for them and blah blah blah. I know everyone has a life story but I thought the more info the better... 

So any thoughts? Your help is much appreciated.

 Your LSAT is excellent. I wouldn't worry 2 much about the GPA. Your LSAT trumps it!

Browsing through LSN 2009 admission stats, here are a few Tier 1 and 2 schools (Top 100 by USNWR) where you may possibly gain admission as URM:

American University (T-1/#48)
Arizona State (T-1/#38)
Brooklyn Law (T-2/#67)
Chicago-Kent (T-2/#80)
**Emory (T-1/#22)
Florida State (T-2/#54)
George Mason (T-1/#42)
**Indiana University/Bloomington (T-1/#27)
Penn State (T-2/#72)
Rutgers (T-2/#80)

This is just a quick perusal.  You may evn want to apply at a few more solidly T-2 schools in order to get some
scholarship $$
