UG from continuing ed program of T1 school

Does having my undergrad degree from the continuing education program of a T1 school help, hurt or not matter in applying to its law school?  I graduated cum laude with a 3.7 GPA and would really like to attend my alma mater's law school.  I'm taking the June LSAT, but don't feel too confident about a high score. 

Any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated.

Personally, I don't think it'd be much of an issue.  Maybe you can talk to a pre-law advisor in your school...they should be able to give you good advice.  But in the end, all you can do is make sure all aspects of your application are as great as possible and apply to this place.
