just illegal trolling, they used to enforce it but I guess not anymore.

We can't enforce it until people report it, which was exactly 1 minute before you posted.  SHould the mods read every post as soon as it's submitted to make sure you don't have to go through the horror of seeing spam?  (And by the way, it's spamming, not trolling.)
