how to study for family law exam??
« on: April 25, 2010, 10:17:39 PM »
My family law exam is coming up, and although I've read every assignment and gone to class most of the times (although I failed to listen very attentively), I have no idea on how to prepare for the exam!  It seems to me like unlike other classes, family law is mostly based on state laws and do not have a comprehensive, consistent black letter law system.

For those who had taken family law before, could you please give me some advice?  I would much appreciate it!!

It'll be man, every one has one subject that feels that way. Just remember, worst case scenario, if you bomb it with a C- (as long as you at least halfass it you should get at least that good) you can still Ace other "easier" courses and still pull a good GPA. Don't sweet it.
What are your other classmates in that class doing to study?Have you tried talking to them and shareing ideas as a group?
