Fastest School to Top 100?

I've heard UNLV has made this claim?  However, this year Chapman entered Tier 2 at 93 and has only been in existence for the past 15 years?  Anyone know?

UNLV Law was established in 1998 and gained accreditation in 2003.  So it's newer than Chapman.
