Is county bar association membership required (MI)

Hi --

After getting accepted to the State Bar  (Mich), is one required to have membership in the county bar association in which they live as well?

I really don't know anything about Michigan, but I haven't heard about county bar association membership being mandatory anywhere. That being said, I would strongly advice it, it's a great place to network.
