Is law business similar to law school ?

Hi everybody ,

I was wondering what exactly is busines law degree??will you become a lawyer after graduation just in business? or is this something completely different???
do u still need a bachelor's degree to be admitted??
please help i am confued

I'm not sure what you mean.

There is no such thing as a "business law" degree that I'm aware of. You can go to law school and focus on the law as it relates to business. Perhaps some school offers a random degree in this, but its certainly not a standard.

Put it this way: if it's a JD, it's a law degree allowing you to take the bar. Otherwise, it is not (with the exception of LLMs for foreign students).

thanks for the reply but if you go the following link you will see that northridge university of california hasa business law programm . It has some requirements but no lsat or bachelors , so basically its not a law school or JD , thats why i am so confued.

If you investigate just a little deeper, you will see that it is a bachelors degree program with a business law option.  It prepares you for certain industries.  Just navigate the website you posted, so we don't have to do it for you.
