Fordham Or UHouston for regional jobs...

big law and mid sized. what school has a better placement in their respective areas. pros cons of either

and then another two that Im comparing is Pepperdine and UC-Hastings for regional placement as well.

they are both fine for where they are - they don't translate though.  All things being equal, UH probably sets you up better for success in Houston than Fordham does in NYC

outside of columbia and NYU, what a good regional school for NY or long island more specifically if that even exists

Hofstra and St John. Even Brooklyn. If you're looking for a Long Island job, you're pretty much good at any NYC-area school,so you could easily take Rutgers-Newark and Seton Hall into consideration too.
