Multiple LSAT scores: Average or Highest?
« on: March 22, 2010, 09:31:14 PM »
This topic has probably appeared on this board several times already, but I couldn't find it among recent posts, so here it is. The following is a list I got, but I also saw other lists where Columbia was said to take the highest, an article about NYU shifting to highest, etc. If anyone has an accurate, reliable, not outdated list of schools considering average or highest, please share.

Schools that claim to consider the highest score:
Yale
Chicago
Northwestern
Cornell
UCLA
Pepperdine
Southwestern

Schools that claim to average:
NYU
UC-Berkeley
Duke
Virginia
Georgetown
Loyola-L.A.

Schools that won’t commit either way:
Harvard
Stanford
Columbia
Pennsylvania
Michigan
Texas
USC

In my experience, they seem to be taking the highest.
