NYU or Berkeley LL.M.?

My job in New York is deferred until 2011, so I'm pursuing an LL.M.. I may want to move to California in the future, but my job is in NY.

NYU is ranked 5, Berkeley ranked 6... is there any difference? Which would you choose?

NYU LLM in tax is the way to go. It is the #1 LLM program in the country if you can at all stomach tax.
