WUSTL vs. Cardozo for a career in NYC?

Hi everyone. I was wondering if any one had any experience with these schools. I'm interested in launching a career in alternative dispute resolution with a specialty in land use, environmental, or property law. I've been accepted by WUSTL with $19K per year and Cardozo with $28K per year. I'm interested in practicing in NYC or DC. Any advice? I know WUSTL is higher ranked, but I feel as though my opportunities to work in NYC will be stronger with Cardozo.

I'm also awaiting a response from Fordham's PT program...slim chance, but wanted to keep it in the mix.

If you want to be in NYC, then Cardozo for sure.

You'll be better off at Cardozo than Fordham PT as well, so I'd just tell them to GTFO right away.

Cardozo.  There is not much movement from here to NYC right now, and geographic location matters in this climate.
