Need an apt near campus??
I've lived in this apt all three years at HLS and have loved it.. now moving to NY. Check it out- 2 other HLS transfer students in the building!
Large, charming, quiet apt in 10-unit building, down the street from Starbucks, grocery store, dry cleaner, cafes, etc. Between Harvard and Porter Squares.
Rent ($1850 per month) includes parking (driveway), water, heat, snow plowing, trash. Untilites are very low-- already equipped with cable, phone, internet. Nice clean kitchen and bathroom. No pets.
Wondeful, friendly landlord... nice outdoor patio with community bbq's, tables/ chairs. A great find. Avail. June 1.
