Valpo vs Nova Southeastern

So I have to make a decision between the two. I havent really heard much about either since they are both Tier 4 schools, however, that doesnt mean anything to me. If you know anything about these two schools, please let me know it would be very helpful.

Nova, it's probably more respected in FL than Valpo is in IN, and you have fewer T14 schools loitering about to compete with.
