I guess I should add that I can offer insight into 2L OCI. Basically, top 15% w/ law review were okay - the higher the rank or the better the personality/work experience, the better people did (i.e. more callbacks and offers). Of course there were outliers - people with IP backgrounds and connections who did well with worse grades. Otherwise, the real shaft went to people in the top 1/4 who normally do fairly well, but this year barely even got any screening interviews at all.
