waitlist or Deferred? Whats better?

What is a better letter to get from a law school?  To get waitlisted or to get a Deferment letter saying you will be reviewed again?  ideas?

Better to be in and waiting for a seat, then waiting to be "reviewed" again for a possible seat(which may not come and if it does will probally require its own waiting period)  :P

You'll be ok. Which school defered you? Have you considered applying to any "safety" schools?
