There aren't any "vocational schools" with the JD(although you may have paralegal courses at a local community college) if you want a JD online you can look into this forums online lawschools section. Just know that you can only practice legally in CA with those degrees, and if you want an executive JD(cant practice) you can still do that but make sure its one of the accredited colleges and not NOVUS which is a ballonie POS which someone managed to get approved my the better business burea but no one else.
