I interviewed there during the break, and I could already feel that I was at a disadvantage because I'm still in my ugrad, and I have relatively high numbers. We talked a lot about the full time and part time work I've done during ugrad, especially since my current job is a professional/managerial job. But they like having people who have lots of work experience.
