Thoughts on UC Irvine School of Law?

The school is not accredited by the ABA but according to Dean Erwin Chemerinsky, the school will fervently seek its ABA accreditation "ASAP". One attractive factor, is that the school offers a generous financial/scholarship package. Any advice?

Popular opinion seems to be that the school will ultimately be ranked somewhere near where Davis and Hastings are ranked. It is clearly a far superior school to other unaccredited schools. There is some risk to attending such a school, of course, but I expect your JD would be looked at similarly to Davis/Hastings.

No idea on the job prospects, since they haven't had OCI yet (I don't think).
