I'm guessing the T14 are T1 and Cooley is T4, but what is everything else in between?

I think US News used to split up the Top 100 into "Tier 1" with the top 50 schools, and "Tier 2" with the next 50 schools. Tier 3 and 4 are still split in those ways on the rankings.

T14 = top 14 schools in USNWR (top 14)
T1 = 15-50 schools in USNWR (tier 1)
T2 = 50-100 schools in USNWR (tier 2)
T3/4 = tier 3 and tier 4 schools in USNWR (tier 3 / tier 4)
