1L Summer Diversity Programs?

Hey folks...I'm a 1L this year and I've been hearing that the only way to get a summer associate gig as a 1L this year is through firm diversity programs. The problem is I'm having a hard time finding these programs so that I can look into applying/finding the requirements and what not. Does anyone know of a way to find firms which offer these programs? I'd truly appreciate it

I am not familiar with them nor do I know where you are but it is common for the school you are attending to have information like this which is available if you speak to whoever does most of the career assignments.
