So I want a Legit copy of rankings including tier 2, 3, and 4. but if i google tier 2 or 3, according to whatever website Im on the rankings change. Where can i find a trustworthy website with the right rankings for all four tiers?

Send US News some money and they'll share it with you. Otherwise, check your local library for the publication.

Tier 2 rankings are on their website for free. I think you may be confused though. I think T3 and T4 just receive that rank, not a specific number. I don't know for sure because I didn't really look into any of those schools.
