Assumption Questions of Logical Reasoning

I've been studying for a few months now and I still have ZERO improvement with assumption type questions. Any suggestions?

I've used Kaplan strategies and read about Assumption questions ( necessary vs sufficient assumptions) in the LSAC super prep book.
Do you think it's best to predict my own assumption before reading the answers? Or don't waste the time and just go ahead to the answers?
Please Help! Logical Reasoning is my worst section and I feel improving with identifying assumptions I could improve over all. :-\

Yes, I am aware about the difference between a "W" and "WF". However, my school counts my one withdrawl as a "WD." Would this be similar to the W and be ignored, or would it be caculated as a "WF" and count against me?

Property Problems- Tips please

My Property Final will consist of problems. Example: O conveys
blacker to a for life, remainder to B and her heirs.  B then dies intestate without heirs.  A then dies.  Who owns Blackacre?

I'm going through my outline and working out the problems but does anyone have any advice/tips that would be helpful on test day.

We are allowed to bring in notes, book, etc.
