NEED HELP HERE - should I take Testmasters?

Trying to decide between Toledo and Capital.  I know Toledo is a tier 3 and Capital is a 4, but is this difference that big?  Any Toledo or Capital students... or others with insight?  I'm thinking that I'd rather live in Columbus and probably have more opportunities in Columbus than Toledo after graduation.

so lets say im at a t-3 school and im 10th from the bottom after first year.... ranked 90/100....

just curious if anyone's experienced this "predicament". and if i should start panicking today or tomorrow.

I am currently wait listed at Southern Illinois University and am looking for some quick advise.

Today I received an email from SIU saying that they are starting to accept wait listed people and I am one they are going to consider. This is great news except I have been putting money towards Oklahoma City University where I have already been accepted and have finished the loan process for. The trouble is I really want to go to SIU and not OCU, but don't know how/or if I should convey this to SIU.

What should I do?

Just curious as I'm a rising 2L. Does it help that you did a judicial externship with a Fed Dist. Court judge? Is it pretty much just being on law review and having a high enough GPA (top 25%?) by the end of your 2nd year? Should you contact prospective judges early on? Any candid advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

so...since hiliary is not going to help obama with pa or florida that leaves three options...

a...gov. ed rendell...because lets face it...he needs pa in his column...
b...richardson...he will help possibly with the west...and a peacemaker.
c...biden...he is from delaware...pa's neighbor...but he is old politico...like hiliary...only he had a small plagerism problem a few years ago...

Hi I am new to this forum and have been wondering if being from a very low income background can stop one from attending law school. I know that most people take out large loans to attend law school so what I'm asking is will a low income person be able to get the loans they need to attend law school? I have heard that some people need a co-signer to get the loans (I don't know if its true). Does anyone have any thoughts on this. Thanks in advance.
