Stay another year in undergrad and boost the GPA. You need to have a high GPA (above 3.4) added with a high LSAT, in order to get into a good law school.
Also, you are lying when you said, "got two D's, freshman year in undergrad," as if you were consecutively getting no more than B's for the next 3 years, your GPA would not be a 2.7, but rather a 3 or above. You were doing badly in some other classes as well, not just Jap.
Anyways, you need to stay in school another year in order to get into a top 5.
