WHAT ARE YOUR CHANCES OF GETTING ADMITTED IF YOU HAVE A FORMAL HEARING?  IS THE DECK STACKED AGAINST YOU FROM THE START?  ??? ???

there are attorneys who handle these matters.  If you have a formal hearing, you better talk to someone to ensure it's not stacked against you.
