Traffic Tickets

So...I'm not the best driver. I have a handful of tickets, some of which are stupid and then one where I really was speeding a little too fast.

2 schools want me to explain these. Should I just say I got the ticket and why I got it, or should I actually reflect and try to make a moral lesson out of each and every one?

And how should I format this?

Do they say ALL offenses? Because then I would just explain what they were for and that you took care of them. It's not a big deal, everybody gets traffic tickets at some point.
