3.51/148 Should I even apply?

Target Schools: Howard, UDC, University of Baltimore, Catholic, George Mason, George Washington

Tentative Plan: Apply early to the first three above and retake the LSAT in December in hopes of improving my score to have a chance at the last three above.

Also, I had a 3.75 GPA but LSAC recalcuated my GPA to 3.51 based on some courses I took like 10 years ago. So I guess the 3.51 is what counts but do law schools see both GPAS?
