3.08 GPA 164 LSAT; What would be your reach schools?

A little bit about me: I am 26 yrs old,  I've been out of school since 2005 and I work at a top NYC law firm as a legal assistant doing mainly financial and corporate transactions.  On the subject line you will find my numbers.  I'm trying to figure out which schools to reach at.  According to LSAC, I have about a 5% shot at UT - Austin, Northwestern, and Michigan but I feel that's too high.  So, my question is this: What would be your reach schools?

Just so you know, I'm thinking of taking a year to go to China and teach English and then come back and join the Marines PLC-Law program before school.

Any school with a 163 or 164 LSAT median.  A school with 165 LSAT median = super reach.

I think i'm going to apply to the following schools:

Hail Mary: Michigan, UT - Austin, Wash U (MO)
Reach: UC - Hastings and/or Davis
Good chance: U Conn, Brooklyn Law School
Safety: St. Johns

Does anyone think I should add any schools?

I would take one or two out of the hail mary category and add them to the lower categories.

Have you checked out either University of Miami or University of Florida?

are you a former marine? if so, that'd probably be a bonus.

u probably have no shot at michigan and ut.
wash u is a good reach school. maybe william and mary, washington and lee, fordham, iowa, illinois, and emory as other reaches.
wake forest, tulane, american, arizona, cardozo, wisconsin would be targets/ reaches.
Case Western, Loyola L.A., FSU might be more good targets.
I wouldn't apply to all these but I couldn't really get any sense of where in the country you want to be from your post.
