Many law school applications I've seen ask which other schools the applicant is applying to. What should I put for this question?

As a general rule, be honest. If you're applying to a lot of schools and they limit the number of schools that you can list, limit your schools by the ones similarly ranked and in the same region.

I agree with being honest, but it allows you to NOT answer the question. Is it preferable to answer it?
