Reference Dilemma

Although I realize that references form only a minimal part of the application, I'm faced with a minor dilemma.

I have to choose between submitting a third academic reference, or an employer reference in addition to the two academic references I already have. I'm not sure which would serve to better bolster my application.

I will be applying as a regular/general category applicant, not as a mature or URM student.

Any input would be much appreciated.

Nevermind. I decided to go with the employer reference.
