Does anyone know anything about associates and/or staff attorneys in firms becoming unionized? Are there any successful cases of this happening? What are your thoughts on this?
I came across this:
http://www.lawmemo.com/articles/attorney_unions.htm
http://prawfsblawg.blogs.com/prawfsblawg/2008/02/law-firm-associ.html
Let me know.

never heard of attorneys in the for-profit sector unionizing. but there are unionized legal aid and government attorneys.
