Hi:

I'm at 4th Tier Thomas Jefferson. GPA is 3.47 and 8% class rank, I've been invited onto law review, have good professor contacts, and been offered a 20K a year scholarship so tuition would be 16K.

I've been admitted as a transfer to USD. I most likely won't have to time for the write on competition. But you can write on after 2L for their International Law Journal. No scholarship with tuition at 40K. And I'll probably miss OCI.

I'd like to work in a large/medium firm in business/corporate/tax law in southern Cali.
