Thanks all for responding to my gm v. american post.
I was admitted full time, and I withdrew from american because the decision deadline passed.

I was wondering what reasons you have for choosing american,
what you don't like about mason.
what should i be hesitant of,
etc?

Thanks again for your help

Mason isn't worth it without in-state tuition. I would not go there over your current school unless you are wealthy enough to pay for school in cash. Mason isn't going to result in appreciably better job prospects than you current school where you have in-state tuition.

What did you current school say about giving you a scholarship? Did you ask them about it?

i didnt ask the school yet.
i am waiting on one more school, which i hope to hear from soon.

as to why im interested in mason is because of the dc area career prospects that my current school probably doesn't have.
