GWU Transfer OCI Strategy

I'm transferring from a Rank 55-70 school / top 20% to GWU for patents with a background in engineering (b.s.) and a solid 1L summer internship in patents... in terms of using 35 bids, what should be the strategy?

I've read on here to use something like 25% for long shots, 55% for mediums, 20% for safe firms... can anyone suggest a list?
Long shots: Fish, KMOB, MoFo, Jones Day, Townsend and Townsend, etc?
Med  shots: ??
Safes best:  ??

Also, how do firms look at Rank 55-65 school /top 20% against applicants that actually went to GWU for their 1L?

nothing is a safe shot even in IP work.

Good luck though.  I just graduated from GW (IP).  I can tell you that employers love us, and I definitely didnt have your background.
