WUSL v. GWU

Any thoughts? 
Factors:
GWU is cheaper for me by 10K a year. 
I'd rather live in DC or Texas after graduation.
I know WUSTL has better job prospects and better access to profs.
I'd like a legit shot at clerking for a fed ct (any type except bankruptcy)

WUSTL isn't even on the list (both '07 and '08). Additionally, GW is generally more selective and employers are well aware of this.

note: 1) GW admit #ers: 167 / 3.75; WUSTL: 167 / 3.60

Given that DC is a preferred destination (and that GW is 10k cheaper), this should be a no-brainer.
