Has anyone applied to and been accepted as a transfer student to DePaul?

Although I have not applied to DePaul, one of my friends did and he got in (7-10 days ago). Last year he applied as regular freshman OL and was turned down.
His stats are:
T2 Top33% 3.2 GPA

is it possible for me to contact your friend? I need to know what other transfer students are doing in this cycle. Is this person on this site or the yahoo transfer law group?
