can ex-cons become prosocuters?

I've heard of ex-cons becoming lawyers or even judges, but can they become prosocuters?

No idea. Again, my guess is that if you can pass the bar, then you're good to go. If you want better info, call a prosecutor or talk to someone at your law school.

No.  There are police out there with criminal records either before or during their time as an officer.  What you don't know would shock you.

As an ex-officer and hopeful criminal defense atty., I've been looking at this kind of stuff for years in preparation (probably warped my brain by now :) ).  It isn't "BigLaw" sexy, but it's about as real as it gets.
