I have used AccessGroup for all of my loans, and they have been really easy to deal with and disbursed my funds promptly. Since all of the government-backed loans have the same interest rates, look for things like point discounts/bonuses for on-time payments, origination fees, etc., to make your decision. Unfortunately, I don't know what the current promotions are, but I think there are a bunch of websites that do comparisons, and your financial aid office might also have a chart (mine did).
