When to expect information about start of school?

Orientation at Texas Southern is suppose to start Aug 10 but I haven't received ANY materials about start of school. Is this typical? I've also tried to call the admission and financial aid offices, but no one is in.

Yeah you will get used to how unorganized TSU can be. I didnt receive any materials either after my acceptance but i still showed up at orientation. They will square you away at orientation.
