Make sure to check out lawschoolnumbers.com to get a feel for your odds.  Also, go to lsac.org and use their calculator, although IMHO I think lawschoolnumbers.com is a better indicator of your chances.

If you're set on GW, you might apply to their PT program and try and swtich to FY after a year.  Also, I'd recommend that you apply to only PT and play up your interest in that program; I feel as though your odds would be better than if you checked both the FT and the PT box b/c then it would look like PT is just a backup option just in case you didn't get into FT.

I say this because I'd say that with your stats your odds of getting into FT are pretty low, whereas for PT your odds are pretty high.  In your PS you may want to give a pretext for applying PT - don't lie, of course, but you might want to secure a part-time internship in advance so that it looks like you have a reason why you really want/need to go PT. 

It might be a "backdoor" way to get in, but it's one way, nonetheless.  And I can assure you that you wouldn't be alone in trying it.  Good luck!
