So, unless you're unable to locate California, DC or New York on a map, you can't give advice?

Not on LSD, but you can give advice about places that you can't locate on a map or you don't know exist, that's with in the rules

Like such as South Africa or the Iraq?

Obvious case of coaching to reduce the frequency of "like" in her speech patterns, and backfiring horribly.

I have no idea how to use maps.

What if you overlay a map of the Iraq on a map of California?

Then that map would contain a whole lot of desert and even more radicals!
