Dean's Letter of good standing

Hi everyone, thanks for all the help so far.
I'm in the middle of this transfer process. I would like to know something. Given that I'm interested in about 6 schools to transfer to, do you really tell the Dean you want them to mail the letter of standing to 6 different places?
I wonder if people get pissed if you ask for so many.

Yes you really tell them you want them mailed to 6 places.  Just print off the mailing labels yourself and hand them to the dean's office saying: "send here."  Offer to mail them yourselves after they've enclosed them in sealed envelopes if you are really that worried.

At my school, you see the dean first talk with them about transferring then the registrar sends out the letter of good standing along with the rank and transcript.
