For actual cases there's audiocasefile.com. My school sets us up with a subscription, which is cool. I find that they don't have a lot of stuff, and the ones they do aren't exactly what you find in the case book, but it's better than nothing.
For me personally, on my long commute to school, I listen to either the law school legends or the sum and substance cd series, which I find to be very helpful-- pricey, but helpful.
