I almost forgot to throw Quebec into the pot. Those dirty Quebecois. If only it wasn't for the incessant complaining, and the fact that they're the spawn of French delinquents. Quebec is number 2, only because Montreal is an awesome (anglo) city.

Newfoundland has been demoted to number 3. Newfies are good for a laugh and are generally all round decent people IMO. Completely useless though.

I've lived in Saskatchewan, B.C., and Newfoundland. All beautiful places, friendly people, and a lot of things to do.
Have family in Alberta and Manitoba.
But, regardless if I loved or hated any of these places . . .
