Florida Bar Investigative Hearing
« on: May 25, 2009, 10:54:25 AM »
Some may ask why have a lawyer represent me at my investigative hearing? A lawyer will be able to object to the Board’s questioning, admit evidence on your behalf and advise you during the hearing if you are asked a question you feel you do not know how to adequately answer. We will also prep you for the questioning and have you gather the relevant documentation that the Board may require of you. This is a serious matter and having representation goes to further show the Board you are not taking this matter lightly. The Bar is cracking down calling in 20% of applicants for a hearing. Because of the number of people being called in does not mean you should take this matter lightly. They are not any less inclined to require you to have a formal and deny your license. For more information on how to retain representation go to or call 888-760-6552.
