SCOTUS on Testimonial Evidence
« on: May 12, 2009, 02:18:42 AM »
Has anyone else taken Evidence recently and is waiting to see how the Court rules in Melendez-Diaz v. Massachusetts? Anyone have any opinions as to what the outcome should be?

That's cool how you referenced a case.

Is that the case about the drug lab report?

From the basic info I know about the case, it sure seems testimonial.  But I haven't read the briefs or anything.

Yes, it is.  And I agree, with the same lack of background. :)

Just took my Evidence final on Wednesday, but I missed this case so here's a tag to follow up on after finals are done...
