Cardozo student housing Question

Hello,

Does anybody know anything about Cardozo's student housing "The Alabama"?  The size, conditions of the building/ apartments?  Has anyone lived there who can give their opinion about it?  Thanks!

Very convenient location, apartments are nicer than I expected; by the time you get here, they should all have been recently renovated.  Do not live on floor 1 (basement) under any circumstances.  Roaches everywhere.  Rest of bldg is basically fine.  I like my place, had 1 mouse, 1 roach.  Would stay if it wasn't obscenely expensive.

I've heard pretty good things about it... very nice location... although i hate mice!!  do you know if it's a big problem with many apartments?  I got assigned to an apartment on the 5th floor... I'm still deciding whether to take it or not.
