Ever try an Irish carbomb? I had a friend who insisted I try it.

1 pint of guinness
1 shot of baileys dropped into the pint glass.

It's not as nasty as the past two cocktails, but it's pretty horrible nonetheless.

Irish Carbombs actually taste fine, kind of like a guinness float, the problem is the co2 in the guiness starts to curdle the cream if you don't drink it fast enough.

Alternately you can use .5 baileys/.5 jamesons
